filbelt Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "filbelt," "we," "us," "our" refers to the filbelt online gaming platform and its operating entity, as licensed and regulated under the applicable framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "You," "User," "Player," refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the filbelt platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the filbelt platform.
• "Platform" refers to the filbelt website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications, and all services made available therethrough.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by you into your filbelt Account using Philippine Peso (PHP) via approved payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to your Account by filbelt, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process conducted by filbelt as required by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to the filbelt Platform is restricted under applicable law or filbelt's operating policies.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the filbelt Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, form the entire agreement between you and filbelt governing your use of the Platform.

By completing the registration process and creating a filbelt Account, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version that may be provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain a filbelt Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Pursuant to Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in real-money online gaming is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either through filbelt's own responsible gaming tools or through any PAGCOR-administered exclusion programme.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of filbelt or any of its affiliated game providers, in a capacity that could create a conflict of interest.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid government-issued identification document. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) filbelt Account. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. filbelt employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts, and any Account found to be a duplicate may be suspended without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your filbelt Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication devices or codes associated with your Account.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. filbelt will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from filbelt should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify filbelt promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. filbelt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

filbelt reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals, following unusual account activity, or as part of ongoing KYC obligations. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions.

filbelt accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise expressly stated. filbelt does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any non-PHP foreign currency without prior written approval.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your Real Money Balance within the timeframe indicated for each payment method. filbelt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in your own name that was previously used to make a deposit into the same Account.
• Any active Bonus Balance subject to a Wagering Requirement must be fulfilled before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• filbelt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks, which may extend processing times, on any withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method.

filbelt does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

filbelt may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered users. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only and may be limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. Existing account holders are not eligible for welcome bonus offers.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a validity period as stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• filbelt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Participation in any filbelt promotion constitutes acceptance of both these general Terms and the specific terms of that promotion. In the event of conflict between the two, the specific promotion terms prevail.

Each game available on the filbelt Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All games on the filbelt Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and shuffling overseen by trained dealers and monitored by independent certification bodies. Game outcomes are determined solely by these certified systems and are not influenced by filbelt, the player's account status, deposit history, or any other extraneous factor.

filbelt reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in the odds or game parameters. In such cases, the affected stakes will be returned to the players involved. filbelt's decision on the validity of any game round is final.

Disconnection during a game round does not automatically void the round. The game will be resolved according to its standard rules based on the state of play at the time of disconnection. filbelt is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on your end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the filbelt Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to register a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to manipulate the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer games, or any tournament format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to filbelt support immediately and not exploited.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive communication directed at filbelt staff or other users.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion order, account restriction, or verification requirement imposed on your Account.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using payment methods not registered in your own name.

All content on the filbelt Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, user interface designs, and databases — is the property of filbelt or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of filbelt. Unauthorised use of filbelt's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, filbelt's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited into your filbelt Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

filbelt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if filbelt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

filbelt does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes filbelt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

filbelt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, sustainable environment for all players. Gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

The filbelt Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you may lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which the system will prompt you to take a break.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of your current session and your net gaming result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period without permanently closing your Account.

filbelt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Direction from PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or a Philippine law enforcement authority.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

Upon legitimate Account closure (i.e., closure not arising from a breach or prohibited conduct), any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request the closure of your own Account at any time by contacting filbelt's support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Bonus Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure is forfeited.

filbelt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

filbelt processes personal data for the following primary purposes: Account registration and management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud detection and prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support.

filbelt will not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the Platform (such as payment processors and identity verification services) under strict data processing agreements, and with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies as required by Philippine law.

filbelt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, filbelt will endeavour to notify registered users via email or in-Platform notification within a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

filbelt may also, from time to time, update individual game rules, bonus terms, payment processing procedures, and responsible gaming tools. Such updates are effective immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and filbelt, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to attempt informal resolution. filbelt will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of formal written notice, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
